In order to provide convenience and satisfaction to customers,\u00a0TPI<\/strong>\u00a0We have appropriate policies in place for customers who wish to return or exchange products. We hope that the products customers have chosen are the most satisfactory.<\/p>\n

Product exchanges are subject to specific conditions. Please refer to the details below:<\/p>\n

I. RETURN POLICY<\/strong><\/h4>\n

1. Cases where product exchange is applicable<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 The product is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing defect.<\/p>\n

\u2013 New\/full-price items and purchased within 3 days.<\/p>\n

2. Cases where product exchange is not applicable
<\/strong>\u2013 Products that have been purchased more than 3 times
\u2013 No exchanges are allowed for requests to change the product model or color;
\u2013 The product shows signs of being used or damaged by external forces (broken, scratched, peeling, etc.).
\u2013 The accompanying documents for the product are incomplete or no longer intact.
\u2013 Using the product incorrectly or contrary to the manufacturer's instructions can cause damage or malfunction.
\u2013 The warranty period has expired, or the manufacturer\/supplier has not complied with the warranty regulations\/instructions.
\u2013 Items returned for exchange if defects arise during transportation from the customer's location to ours.
\u2013 This product is in the category of items that are not eligible for exchange or return.<\/p>\n

3. Items not eligible for exchange (products not eligible for exchange)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 Imported goods<\/p>\n

\u2013 Goods ordered as specified by the buyer.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Goods supplied exclusively to the buyer.<\/p>\n

4. Conditions for exchanging goods<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please carefully read the regulations outlined in our Return Policy to ensure that the product\/item you wish to exchange meets all of the following conditions:
\u2013 The product being exchanged must have been purchased by the customer through our store.\u00a0TPI<\/strong>\u00a0You can purchase through e-commerce channels or directly from the company via sales representatives.<\/p>\n

\u2013 This product is not eligible for exchange or return.
\u2013 The product is new and intact; free from scratches; with all original seals, labels, and accompanying equipment and accessories.
\u2013 The product is not dirty or shows signs of having been used.,
\u2013 Exchanges are only permitted for a similar product (same model), a different product (same brand) of equivalent or higher value (with additional payment).
\u2013 Please provide your purchase receipt when exchanging goods. The company will not accept exchanges without this documentation.
\u2013 All parts, components, accessories, instruction manuals, accompanying gifts (if any), etc., must be complete and show no signs of use.
\u2013 Each order is only eligible for one exchange.
\u2013 Products returned that do not meet the above conditions will be automatically returned to the address you registered in your order.<\/p>\n

5. Exchange period<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 The time limit for returning or exchanging goods is 3 working days.<\/p>\n

6. Exchange fees<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • For returns due to product defects or company errors, customers are entitled to free exchange and free delivery to the address specified on the return request form.<\/li>\n
  • For returns due to incorrect sizing compared to the order placed, customers will be responsible for paying the two-way shipping fee.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    II. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Depending on the reason for returning the product and the results of the quality assessment, we will have appropriate return methods.<\/p>\n

    1. Exchange for a new product.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u2013 This policy applies to cases where the product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect. We will exchange it for a new product of the same model (same product code, same size, same brand, etc.).<\/p>\n

    \u2013 If our system runs out of the product code specified in your order, we will exchange it for another product (of the same brand) of equivalent value.<\/p>\n

    2. Refund<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u2013 Refunds (only applicable in cases of defective products where no replacement is available). In this case, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account information you provide.<\/p>\n

    Currently, we do not offer cash refunds at our office for any product exchanges or returns.<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Processing time: If the customer's return request meets all the conditions for exchange\/return,\u00a0TPI<\/strong>\u00a0We will process the refund for customers within 15 days of receiving your account information.<\/p>\n

    III. INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING OR EXCHANGING GOODS<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Within 3 days of receiving the goods, if you wish to exchange the product, please follow the instructions below:<\/p>\n

    Step 1: Check the return policy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Please refer to our return policy in Section I to ensure the product meets the conditions for exchange\/return.<\/p>\n

    Step 2: Register for exchange\/return<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Please send your product exchange\/return request to info@tinhiep.com with the following information:<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Title: Return\/Exchange \u2013 Name of the person placing the order<\/p>\n

    \u2013 The phone number of the person who placed the order.<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Order number<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Reason for wanting to exchange the product<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Product code + product color<\/p>\n

    Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service hotline (listed in the contact information section) so we can find a suitable solution for you.<\/p>\n

    Step 3: Packaging the product<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The product to be exchanged must be carefully packaged in the same packaging or box we originally sent it to, including:<\/p>\n

    \u2013 The product you wish to exchange.<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Sales invoice.<\/p>\n

    Please provide the following information on the outside of the package:<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Full name<\/p>\n

    - Phone number<\/p>\n

    - Address<\/p>\n

    Note:<\/strong> Items cannot be exchanged without a receipt from TPI INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD.<\/p>\n

    Step 4: Send the goods back to TPI Investment and Development Co., Ltd.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    When returning a product to us, you are responsible for its integrity. We recommend that you pack the product carefully and in an appropriate manner to ensure it is not damaged during shipping and\/or by external factors (if any).<\/p>\n

    Step 5: Process product exchange\/return<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Upon receiving your returned\/exchanged product, we will assess it and inform you of the results and proposed solution within 3-5 business days.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
