USE TPI BC-W MOLD RELEASE AGENT

– Stir the solution well before use.

– Take an appropriate amount of TPI BC-W

– Apply TPI BC-W directly to the formwork or put TPI BC-W into a spray bottle and spray it onto the formwork.

DOSAGE

On wooden formwork: 10 m²/L

On aluminum/steel formwork: >15m2/L

TPI BC-W Release Agent Application

– Surface preparation: The formwork surface must be clean. Free from oil, grease, and old concrete.

– Prepare tools: All tools must be thoroughly cleaned. Shake the product well before use.

– Application: Apply a thin, even layer to the formwork surface using a brush, roller, or spray gun.

– Cleaning: Clean all tools and equipment with clean water and solvent immediately after use.

NOTE:

– TPI BC-W can withstand moderate to light rain. In case of heavy rain or after a waiting period of 7 days, a new layer of TPI BC-W should be applied to achieve the best mold release performance.

– The mold needs to be cleaned between uses.
