TPI Seal S This product is made from an advanced solvent-based polymer resin, offering high gloss, dust resistance, and easy cleaning. It is designed to create a glossy coating and provide surface protection for materials directly exposed to sunlight, with high durability and suitability for tropical climates.
TPI SEAL APPLICATION
TPI Seal S Suitable for use in:
- Resistant floor coating at gas stations.
- Polished concrete floor coatings, ground concrete.
- Cement and concrete surfaces for interior and exterior use, such as panels, wall slabs, roof tiles, cement roofs, tables, chairs, concrete planters, etc.
- The surfaces of materials that need polishing and enhancement of mechanical properties include ceramics, clay, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Surface preparation
- The surface to be painted must be clean and free of dust and grease.
- The recommended surface moisture level is below 5%.
Prepare the product.
- Stir the product well before use.
Use
- Apply 1-2 coats to the surface of the material using a brush, roller, or spray gun.
- Protect the coating from contact with water for 30-120 minutes until it is dry to the touch.
- The coating takes 2-5 days to dry completely.
- Once dry, the paint layer will not be affected by water or rain.
Toilet
- Clean the equipment and tools before use. TPI Seal S It dries and is used with a solvent.
- After TPI Seal S Once it has hardened, it can only be cleaned by mechanical means.
Notes on construction
- We propose constructing two layers to ensure quality.
- If applying over a special paint surface, the special paint layers must be completely dry before applying the Clear coat.
- Do not attempt to use the product when water or rain is in direct contact with the painted surface before the paint coating is completely dry.

Important note:
- TPI Seal S It contains flammable materials and is classified as a hazardous material (Class 3).
- When working in enclosed spaces such as tunnels, trenches, etc., adequate ventilation is essential.
- During construction, keep away from fire and other ignition sources (such as welding work).
- Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, and safety glasses when working. TPI Seal S.
