TPI Q-Fix 122
Two-component, moisture-resistant epoxy injection sealant.
DESCRIPTION TPI Q-FIX 122
TPI Q-Fix 122 It is a high-strength, solvent-free, liquid, low-viscosity epoxy resin-based adhesive for injection. After mixing, the product is injected into voids and cracks in concrete, and upon drying, it becomes a high-strength, hardening material.
APPLICATION
TPI Q-Fix 122 Use 2 is used for pumping and filling holes, cavities, and cracks in structures such as columns, beams, foundations, floors, and water-retaining structures.
The product not only forms an effective barrier against water penetration, but also acts as a bonding layer between concrete components, thereby restoring the original strength of the concrete structure.
ADVANTAGE
TPI Q-Fix 122 It has deep penetration properties and high adhesive strength. Other advantages include:
- Solvent-free
- Suitable for both dry and damp concrete surfaces.
- Suitable for use at low temperatures.
- Does not shrink when frozen.
- High mechanical strength and high adhesive strength

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Mixing sequence
- Before application, components A and B must be thoroughly mixed in the correct ratio. Use a low-speed mixer (maximum 500 rpm) or other suitable mixing equipment.
- Mix for 2-5 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved.
Construction
- Use a concrete drill to drill a hole (at least 30mm deep) to insert the pump head (one-way valve) at the lowest point of the crack.
- Use TPI Q-Fix 121 To seal the pump head and seal the remaining surface of the crack.
- Use a self-propelled pump or a specialized high-pressure pump to pump the material until the hole is filled. Q-Fix 122 It will fully self-maintain after 7 days from the date of construction.
- In addition, depending on the specific case, there are other appropriate construction methods.
Toilet
- Clean the tools immediately after use and before the mixture begins to harden. Then rinse with clean water and soap. Once the material has hardened, clean it only by mechanical means.
Important note
- The maximum width of a crack that can be injected is 5 mm.
- The minimum age for new concrete is 3–6 weeks.
- The minimum temperature for concrete ready for pumping is 10°C.
- The maximum allowable temperature for the substrate is 30°C.
- Note: To achieve the properties described in this product data sheet, the mixing ratio must be maintained.
