TPI Q-Fix Primer
Two-component epoxy resin-based adhesive
DESCRIBE
TPI Q-Fix Primer It is a selective, two-component, solvent-free epoxy resin-based bonding agent. After application to old concrete surfaces, the product will create excellent adhesion to new concrete.
APPLICATION
- TPI Q-Fix Primer It should be constructed by professional contractors.
- Provides a permanent bond for freshly mixed mortar or concrete to hardened concrete, brick, tile, steel, or other building materials.
- TPI Q-Fix Primer It is also used to fill hairline cracks and as a protective coating for steel components, such as anchor bases.
ADVANTAGE
TPI Q-Fix Primer It creates a bonding layer whose tensile strength is much higher than that of concrete. Therefore, it is very suitable for use in places where new concrete needs to be bonded to existing concrete. Other advantages:
- Easy to install
- Solvent-free
- Not affected by humidity
- Highly effective even on damp surfaces.
- Can be applied at low temperatures.
- High tensile strength

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Surface preparation
- All surfaces must be clean, free of standing water, and free of loose debris. Cement dust must be removed mechanically (e.g., sandblasting).
Mixing sequence
- Before application, components A and B must be thoroughly mixed in the correct ratio. Use a low-speed mixer (300-400 rpm) or other suitable mixing equipment.
- Mix for 2-5 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved, resulting in a smooth, homogeneous mixture.
Construction
- After mixing, apply directly to the prepared surface using a brush, roller, or spray equipment. For damp surfaces, ensure even coverage. Pour new concrete within the specified time while the material is still tacky.
Toilet
- Use TPI Thinner to clean the instruments immediately after use and before the mixture begins to harden. Then rinse with clean water and soap.
