TPI DS-S2 DESCRIPTION

As an emulsion-based formwork release agent, it is formulated for immediate use as a spray or roller, brush, or trowel for concrete and mortar from aluminum, cast iron, metal, wood-plastic composite, and other formwork materials.

USES OF TPI DS-S2

Suitable for the following types of molds/formwork:

• Aluminum formwork and cast iron formwork.
• Metal and wooden formwork.
• Technology for producing sheet piles, square concrete piles, cement and concrete materials, and precast components.

Construction

• Surface preparation: bThe formwork surface must be clean. Free from oil, grease, and old concrete.
• Prepare the tools: Construction tools must be thoroughly cleaned.
• Prepare the release agent: TPI DS-S2  This is a ready-to-use product; do not add water or solvents. Stir well before use.
• Use: Apply a uniform layer. TPI DS-S2, Apply a thin layer to the formwork surface using a brush, roller, or spray bottle.
• Toilet: Clean all tools and equipment with clean water immediately after use.

Construction Notes/Limitations

• The formwork needs to be cleaned between uses to prevent old cement and concrete layers from sticking to it.

Occupational safety and health: Appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and gloves, must be worn when using this product.

Ecology: Do not dispose of into water sources or soil.

Transport:  Not dangerous.

Dispose of waste: According to local regulations.

Important note:

TPI DS-S2 May cause allergic reactions. Appropriate precautions should be taken to minimize skin contact. If the product splashes into the eyes or mucous membranes, rinse with clean water and seek medical attention immediately.
