TPI Hard P
Concrete leveling powder, surface hardener. (Gray/Green)
DESCRIBE
TPI Hard P This is a metal-free, cement-based floor leveling powder with selected additives and aggregates. The product is designed for dry application and is ready to use.
TPI Hard P It helps to harden the surface of floors and concrete slabs, increasing abrasion resistance and thereby minimizing dust formation during use.
APPLICATION
TPI Hard P Suitable for use on floor surfaces subject to severe mechanical abrasion and requiring a particularly hard coating, such as:
- Warehouses, factories.
- Parking lot, garage, dock.
- Basement floor, working platform…
ADVANTAGE
- Easy to install and of high, consistent quality.
- High abrasion resistance and reduced dust for the surface.
- Increased impact resistance
- Increase resistance to oil and grease.
- Beautiful surface finish

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Surface preparation
- Immediately after the concrete surface reaches plasticity (after the concrete has released water but before setting begins), smooth the newly poured concrete surface and level it with a screed.
Construction
- Sprinkle the mixture TPI Hard P Apply by hand to the wet, leveled concrete surface at a rate of 3–6 kg/m². Allow to stand. TPI Hard P Remove moisture from the concrete surface and, while still damp, use a power trowel to smooth the surface evenly (First trowel stroke).
- As soon as the mixture becomes pliable or is about to set, perform a preliminary leveling using a power trowel running at low speed but fitted with a metal blade at a minimum angle (Second troweling).
- The final smoothing (if needed) should be done a while later, but the smoothing machine should be run at high speed.
Maintenance
- The surface of the floor after construction. TPI Hard P Maintenance is required to prevent excessive water loss, as this can cause surface cracking. Therefore, an approved curing system must be applied (Using). TPI Curing Speed)
IMPORTANT NOTE
- During construction TPI Hard P When sprinkling flour, avoid doing so during strong winds to ensure the correct amount of flour is used and to prevent the surface from drying out too quickly.
- The properties of concrete components, such as water content and cement quality, can cause slight variations in color. Color deviation during the concrete drying process is normal and acceptable.
- Dry-sprinkled floor hardeners create a finished surface for concrete that may have some color variations across the entire surface. This is due to the natural variations in the concrete to which the product is applied.
- In low relative humidity, the formation of white spots is more likely to occur.
- In high relative humidity, phenomena such as water separation, slow curing, prolonged finishing time, and slow concrete hardening are more likely to occur.
