DESCRIBE

TPI EZ Mortar It is a special powdered additive that improves the workability of cement-sand mortar mixtures, preventing segregation and water separation during pumping or spraying by machines during construction.

APPLICATION

TPI EZ Mortar Used for mortar spraying applications and to improve the mechanical properties of mortar.

• This makes the mortar pliable and smooth when using a mortar spraying machine, preventing mortar clogging in the spraying machine's pipes.
• It creates a strong bond when the mortar is applied to the wall, preventing wall cracks.
• Increase the waterproofing ability of the mortar.
• It creates a smooth finish for the mortar, allowing for quick and easy leveling of the surface when using a trowel.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Surface preparation:

• The surface to be plastered must be clean, solid, free of oil, grease, impurities, and other loose components.
• Absorbent surfaces must be completely saturated, but without standing water.

Mix the products:

• Preliminary testing is necessary to determine the appropriate amount of additive and water for mixing to achieve the desired consistency for each type of cement.
• The additive powder is added gradually to the mortar mixture during the mortar mixing process.
• When using an electric mixer, mix at a low speed (maximum 500 rpm) for at least 3 minutes until a smooth, creamy mixture is achieved.

Product installation:

• Pour the grout into the spray machine immediately after mixing for use.
• The application should be completed within 45 minutes to ensure the quality of the sprayed mortar layer.

Maintenance:

• Standard maintenance procedures must be followed.
• The minimum curing time is 3 days for exposed plaster surfaces.

Toilet:

• Rinse tools thoroughly with water immediately after use. Hardened mortar can only be removed by mechanical means.
