DESCRIPTION OF TPI LATEX P100

It is an improved styrene butadiene emulsion that is mixed with cement or cement-sand mortar to increase adhesion and waterproofing capabilities.

TPI LATEX P100 APPLICATION

It is a high-quality emulsion that enhances the quality of cement mortars such as:

• Oil-based coating.
• Thin patching mortar layer, waterproof plaster layer.
• Floor screed mortar, concrete repair mortar.
• Abrasion-resistant lining.
• Tile adhesive mortar, masonry mortar.

• Reduces shrinkage, increases elasticity.
• Excellent waterproofing.
• Enhances chemical abrasion resistance. Non-toxic.
• TPI Latex P100 does not revert to an emulsion even under highly alkaline conditions.
• Suitable for cementitious mortars in contact with drinking water.
• The floor plaster layer has high strength.
• Used for grouting and patching in areas requiring a thin finish.
• A binder for plaster.

SPECIFICATIONS

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Surface preparation

• The concrete surface must be clean, solid, and free of oil, grease, cement dust, and other adhering contaminants.
• The absorbent surface must be completely saturated but without standing water.

Prepare the product.

Bonding agent for plaster/bonding layer between old and new concrete:

• Ratio: 4kg cement + 1 liter TPI Latex P100 + 1 liter water
• Add cement to the TPI Latex P100 mixture and water according to the above ratio, mix well until a smooth consistency is achieved.
• The bonding layer of oil slurry can cover approximately 4 meters.².

Waterproof floor plaster:

• Ratio: Cement : sand = 1 : 3 (1)
• TPI Latex P100 : water = 1 : 3 (2)
• Pour mixture (2) into (1) and mix until a suitable consistency for application is achieved.

Construction

• Apply the waterproofing mortar layer while the bonding slurry (mortar) is still wet.
• Consumption rate: 1 liter of TPI Latex P100/m2 for a 2cm thick mortar layer.

Construction Notes / Limitations

• Always mix cement into the TPI Latex P100-water mixture to create a bonding agent.
• Always adhere to standard maintenance procedures.
• Always saturate the water-absorbing surface but avoid standing water.
• If applying multiple layers, the next layer must be applied while the previous layer is still wet.

Toilet

Clean all tools and equipment with clean water immediately after use.

Dispose of waste: According to local regulations.

Important note:

TPI Latex may cause allergic reactions. Appropriate precautions should be taken to minimize skin contact. If the product splashes into the eyes or mucous membranes, rinse with clean water and seek medical attention immediately.
