TPI Grout 80
High-strength shrinkage compensating grout (>80 Mpa)
DESCRIBE
TPI Grout 80 This is a self-leveling grout that achieves high early strength, is iron-free, shrinkage-compensating, and ready to use. The product contains pre-selected and pre-mixed aggregates to create a homogeneous mixture.
TPI Grout 80 It is designed to resist the normal shrinkage of concrete and mortar while absorbing and minimizing the effects of vibration on the foundation.
APPLICATION OF TPI GROUT 80
TPI Grout 80 With its early strength-up capability, it is very suitable for applications requiring early load-bearing capacity, such as:
- Machine foundation
- Load-bearing column
- Prestressed beams
- Bridge bearings, sleepers, and anchor bolts…
ADVANTAGE TPI GROUT 80
- Excellent fluidity
- High dimensional stability
- Shrinkage compensation
- Contains no chlorides; does not rust, separate water, or damage metal upon contact.
- Achieving high compressive strength early: allows for early loading and minimizes costs.
- Early intensity enhancement minimizes maintenance and repair downtime.
- Non-toxic, non-corrosive
- Easy and ready to use right away.
- High economic efficiency

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE TPI GROUT 80
Surface preparation:
- The concrete surface must be clean, solid, free of oil, grease, impurities, and other loose components.
- Metal surfaces (iron, steel) must be free of scale, rust, or grease.
- Absorbent surfaces must be completely saturated, but without standing water.
Mix the products:
- First, add enough water to the container. Then, gradually add the flour to the container.
- When using an electric mixer, mix at a low speed (maximum 500 rpm) for at least 3 minutes until a smooth, creamy mixture is achieved.
Product installation:
- Wet the entire surface with water, but avoid letting water pool in the bolt holes.
- Pour the grout immediately after mixing. It is possible to pour the grout into the bolt holes first, then pour it into the machine base afterwards.
- It is essential to ensure that all air bubbles in the mortar are removed.
- To achieve optimal expansion, the grout should be poured as quickly as possible.
Pour mortar for the machine bases:
- Wet the entire surface before application, but avoid standing water around the bolt holes. If possible, fill the anchor holes with grout first, then fill the machine base with grout. Ensure a continuous flow of grout.
Pour mortar into the base slabs:
- Wet the entire surface for approximately 24 hours before application, but avoid standing water. Maintain pressure to ensure a continuous flow of mortar. Use a steel rod or chain to ensure that voids are filled. Ensure that air bubbles can escape easily.
Pour grout into large cavities/volumes:
- Depending on the volume to be filled and the thickness of the mortar layer, coarse aggregate may be added to the mortar. TPI Grout 80. For example, types with diameters of 4–8 mm, 8–16 mm, or 16–32 mm with a ratio of 50–100% by weight of powder. TPI Grout 80. Round aggregates should be used, and elongated or flat aggregates should be limited to ensure proper flowability and strength.
- As a general rule, the minimum thickness of the mortar layer should be more than three times the largest diameter of the aggregate.
- Adding coarse aggregate and/or cold water will help reduce the heat generated during the initial setting phase of TPI Grout 80. Always conduct preliminary testing to assess the workability of the mortar and the heat reduction effect when adding coarse aggregate and/or cold water.
Maintenance:
The product needs to be protected from premature drying using conventional preservation methods (keeping it moist, covering it with wet burlap, using a curing compound such as...). TPI Curing Speed, Curing E).
Toilet:
- Rinse tools thoroughly with water immediately after use. Hardened mortar can only be removed by mechanical means.
