DESCRIBE

TPI CURING S It is a ready-to-use, pre-mixed metal silicate solution. When applied to fresh concrete, the product forms a thin, microcrystalline film that seals pores, reducing water evaporation. This allows for complete cement hydration. TPI CURING S It does not contain chloride.

SCOPE OF USE

• TPI CURING S Treatment for vertical surfaces will be necessary for subsequent application steps. Areas where resin-based curing membranes are unsuitable due to the unclear degradation of the membrane layer will affect the performance of subsequent treatment steps.
• Construction is possible. TPI CURING S Applying it to "fresh" concrete increases the density of the cured concrete and therefore increases its strength.

Regarding the vertical aspect:

After removing the formwork, evenly moisten the entire concrete with clean water. Allow the concrete surface to dry before application. TPI CURING S Apply using a conventional spray device or brush (spraying is recommended for complete surface coverage). Ensure the entire surface is completely covered.

For horizontal surfaces:

Construction TPI CURING S Use a spray device immediately after leveling the surface, once all surface water has evaporated. Ensure that no water remains on the surface and under no circumstances should less than the recommended dosage be used. For optimal system performance, application should be as soon as possible when the concrete is ready for curing.

For all surfaces:

If the concrete is exposed to direct sunlight and high temperatures (above 23°F).^oC) or in areas with harsh, dry winds. The surface should be protected by covering it with PE plastic sheeting within 2-3 hours after application. TPI CURING S To allow the crystalline film time to form, the PE coating should be in direct contact with the surface for optimal effectiveness.

Ensure that the equipment is thoroughly rinsed with clean water.
