Mortar for treating joints in concrete wall panels
DESCRIBE
TPI Joint Panel This is a ready-mixed dry mortar product used for treating joints in various types of concrete wall panels. The product helps increase the bonding of wall panels, creating a monolithic connection and sealing gaps between concrete wall panels.

TPI Joint Panel It is used to treat joints between concrete wall panels in indoor and outdoor locations.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Surface preparation
- The surface of the filling must be thoroughly cleaned of dust, grease, impurities, and other loose components.
- Absorbent surfaces must be completely saturated, but without standing water.
Mix the products
- The powder is added gradually to the pre-measured container of water until the desired consistency is achieved.
- When using an electric mixer, mix at a low speed (maximum 500 rpm) for at least 3 minutes until a smooth, creamy mixture is achieved.
Connection layer
- Concrete: It must be used before construction begins. TPI Latex P100 Apply as a bonding layer. Always apply on a dry bonding layer.
Product manufacturing
- Use as regular mortar.
- Use a trowel to evenly apply mortar to the seams where the two concrete slabs meet.
- Fill the concrete slab completely with mortar up to its full height.
Notes on construction
The product, once mixed with water, should be used within 30-60 minutes.
Maintenance
The mortar needs to be protected from premature water loss by taking careful curing measures for 3-5 days (keeping it moist, using curing compounds such as...). TPI Curing S.
Toilet
Rinse tools thoroughly with water immediately after use. Hardened mortar can only be removed by mechanical means.

Occupational safety and health: Appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and gloves, should be worn when using this product. It may cause allergic reactions upon contact with eyes, skin, or mucous membranes.
Ecology: Do not dispose of into water sources or soil.
Transport: Not dangerous.
Important note
TPI Joint Panel Because it has a cement base, it is alkaline. Care should be taken to minimize direct contact with skin. If the product gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and consult a doctor.
