INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Surface preparation:
- The tile surface must be solid, clean, and free of grease, dirt, and other contaminants that could affect adhesion strength.
Mix the products:
- Pour the flour in slowly. TPI ThinJoint E33 Pour 5.5 – 6.5 liters of clean water into a container and mix thoroughly with a hand mixer or mechanical mixer for 3 – 5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
- Let it sit for about 1-2 minutes to allow the additives to react with each other. Then mix again for about 1 minute before use.
Product installation:
- Mortar application TPI ThinJoint E33 Apply mortar to the contact surface of the tiles using a suitable notched trowel. Then spread mortar into the vertical and horizontal joints adjacent to the next tiles.
- The recommended mortar thickness is 2-4mm. Ensure optimal contact between the mortar and the tile surface. Tiles should be laid on the freshly applied mortar as quickly as possible. The tiles can be aligned using a rubber mallet. Do not lay more than two rows of tiles at a time.
- Freshly mixed mortar should be used up within the material's working timeframe.
Toilet:
- Clean tools and construction equipment with water immediately after use.
- The material that has hardened can only be removed by mechanical means.
