TPI AIRCONS 800 – Plasticizer and foaming additive for concrete mortar
Designed for concrete with zero or low slump, commonly used in dry concrete production.
• Creates air bubbles. Helps to produce a smooth and even concrete surface in rotary press concrete production.
• Helps to evenly disperse foam particles in the production of EPS concrete panels.

TPI EXPAND C – Plasticizer and shrinkage compensator
Powdered additives cause the cement mixture to swell before setting, reducing water separation in the mixture. Suitable for:
• Production of fluid grouts (viscous or sprayable), filling grouts, and soil and rock anchors.
• Produces non-shrink mortar even when sand is added to the liquid mortar mixture.
• Grout for ultrasonic testing tubes in bored piles.

TPI EZ MORTAR – Powder additive for spray mortar
Powdered additives help prevent the cement and sand mortar mixture from segregating or separating when pumped or sprayed with a machine.
• Creates a strong bond when mortar is applied to the wall, preventing wall cracks.
• Increases the waterproofing ability of mortar
Dosage:
• Wall spray mortar: 50-100g for 50kg of cement (0.1 – 0.2%)
• Ceiling spray mortar: 150g – 200g for 50kg of cement (0.3 – 0.4%)

Fine foaming additives are used for the following applications:
• Lightweight concrete

• Significantly increases abrasion resistance, sulfate resistance, and water repellency.
