Lotus Tower, also known as Nexus Tower 3, is the second phase of The Nexus Tower project, located on Ton Duc Thang Street, District 1. The first phase, comprising The Nexus (36 floors) and Riverfront Financial Centre (27 floors), has been operational since Q4 2023.

Other projects

Lotus Tower has 40 floors and 5 basement levels, with a total construction floor area of over 60,000 square meters.². The main contractor for the project is Coteccons. Lotus Tower is located behind the Le Meridien Saigon (Riverbank Place) building. The project is expected to be completed in 2025 and will provide approximately 63,422m2 of floor space to the Ho Chi Minh City office rental market.
