OEM/ODM has been a regular and ongoing activity for us since our establishment. Currently, we are still manufacturing for a number of reputable companies both domestically and internationally.
TPI's principles always prioritize quality, responsibility, and information confidentiality. Customers can rest assured when collaborating with TPI.
How does TPI receive payments, and does it have a credit policy?
TPI accepts company bank transfers, cash payments under 20 million VND, and bank guarantees.
Based on payment and transaction history, TPI can grant a suitable credit limit. We recommend that customers pay in advance or early to receive a much better pricing policy compared to credit terms. Customers can adjust this based on their needs.
What are TPI's documents, VAT invoices, etc.?
TPI is committed to providing valid documents, invoices, etc., in accordance with current state regulations.
Products manufactured by TPI come with complete factory documentation. Some products may have additional documentation such as: conformity assessment, test reports, technical data sheets (TDS), safety data sheets (MSDS)... ensuring accuracy and completeness to serve project clients.
