INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Surface preparation:
- Careful surface preparation is essential for achieving optimal and lasting results.
- The surface must be clean and smooth, free of contaminants that could affect the adhesion of the primer.
- Old coatings, dirt, grease, oil, organic matter, and dust need to be removed by a grinder.
- Uneven or concave surfaces must be leveled. Any loose material and abrasive dust must be thoroughly removed.
Note: Do not use sandblasting as it can affect the surface's integrity and create surface imperfections.
How to use the product:
- Stir the product well before use.
- Construction of the layer TPI Aqua Primer Use a brush, roller, or spray gun until the surface is completely covered.
Important note:
- For best results, the temperature during application should be around 5°C.oC – 35oC.
- Low temperatures can slow down the drying process of the liner. TPI Aqua Primer while high temperatures accelerate the drying process of the surface.
- High humidity can affect the final result. Do not apply in areas where water will accumulate.
- The next coat or polyurethane waterproofing layer should be applied after approximately 1-2 hours while the primer is still tacky. If the waiting time is 2-3 days, it is necessary to check and apply another primer coat to ensure quality.
- Keep the lid tightly closed when not in use.
